How to Return

You have 7 business days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Make sure your items are in good condition and that all tags are still attached. Pack them in their original packaging.

Start your return on our website and follow the guided steps — you’ll receive all the details you need before dropping off your parcel at a return point.

If you’re logged into your account, go to Order History, select your order, and click Return Items in the top right corner.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we’ll initiate your refund.
If you chose a refund to your original payment method, it may take up to 14 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
